KronosWorks is an annual customer conference that draws thousands of Kronos customers to 2 ½ days of innovation immersion. Each fall, Kronos delivers a killer conference experience on a grand scale — from surprise product launches to once-in-a-lifetime access to legendary pop stars. KronosWorks, as a rule, always outdoes itself.

Behind the scenes, we work 365 days a year to build an inspiring, user-friendly experience at every customer touchpoint (which are many — legion, even). The KronosWorks voice is friendly and fresh with an edge of cheeky intelligence. It’s no secret that tech conferences are a dime a dozen, so my job is to differentiate KronosWorks, to show customers that we wouldn’t dare invite them to a snoozefest, and to drive interest, registrations, and loyalty with a year-long communication campaign.
